Back in 2017, when the Soul of Worship Ministry was just beginning I started a podcast with just 5 episodes. 

The episodes were really the building blocks of what would one day turn into the WORSHIP Bible study book, but since then I have been longing to have the time and resources to get back into podcasting. 

So my commitment to the LORD, and to all of you, is to make podcasting a priority again! 

I just launched the trailer for Season 2: How to Prosper God's Way and In ANY Season. It's going to be a 5 week (5 episode) series based on the life of King Hezekiah.

Authentic Worship Requires an Authentic Relationship.

How can we authentically worship a God that we don't know on a personal basis?

Let's start 2021 by deeply studying the Gospel of John and getting to know Jesus through His ministry on earth.

John 1:14 says, "And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth."

The more we understand and comprehend the character of Jesus, the more we will understand and comprehend the character of Father God:

• the fullness of His glory,
• the fullness of His grace, and
• the fullness of His truth.

Let's fall in love...

On Monday, I had an epiphany.

As I was preparing for our online Bible study, I re-read the following passage:

"Then, as He was now drawing near the descent of the Mount of Olives, the whole multitude of the disciples began to rejoice and praise God with a loud voice for all the mighty works they had seen, saying: “ ‘Blessed is the King who comes in the name of the Lord!’ Peace in heaven and glory in the highest!” And some of the Pharisees called to Him from the crowd, “Teacher, rebuke Your disciples.” But He answered and said to them, “I tell you that if these should keep silent, the stones would immediately cry out.”'

Luke 19:37-40

And then it hit me.

This thought just popped into my head: Could the rise in the number of earthquakes be the rocks crying out?!

I immediately asked the Holy Spirit to confirm this to me.

When Jesus said that the rocks would cry out, did He mean that they would actually say or sing words of...

I have good news and bad news.

Which one would you like to hear first?

The bad news? Okay.

After much prayer and deliberation, due to the rapid rise of COVID-19 cases in our area, the conference committee and Pinebrook Conference center have decided to postpone the in-person MAKE A SOUND Worship & Prayer Conference to Saturday, March 27, 2021.

Bummer, I know.

But we have already been praying and fasting for Saturday, 12/12/20 to be separated as a special day of worship and prayer for our local community and for our nation. It doesn't feel right to just do nothing on that day.

So are you ready for the good news?

WORSHIP WEDNESDAYS SERIES

The Soul of Worship Ministry is thrilled to announce that our next MAKE A SOUND Worship & Prayer Rally is right around the corner on SATURDAY, OCTOBER 17, 2020!

Wait...didn't you just have a rally?

Why, yes we did!

Together with local churches, families, and friends we gathered to worship and pray to God to revive our communities with love, peace, and unity on September 26, 2020!

Our mission is to empower this generation to release an authentic sound of worship that moves mountains and brings Heaven down! 

But we know this isn't just a one and done thing. This is not simply something we wanted to check off of our to-do list.

THIS IS A WORSHIP & PRAYER MOVEMENT that God wants us to continue to work and release into our community.

Watch the beautiful outpouring of the Holy Spirit that we experienced just last week! Every time I see these pictures and video, I can feel the overwhelmingly beautiful presence of God all over again!
